Where to go in Turkey ? It might be one of the most popular question If you travel to Turkey first time in your life. Turkey is quite big country and it is 7 different region. Marmara region, Aegean region, Mediterranean  region, Black sea region, Anatolia, East Anatolia and south Anatolia region. Istanbul is most known city in the world and most people thinking Istanbul is capital city but it is wrong. Capital city is Ankara. Anyway most international flights are to Istanbul and it will be first place to visit in Turkey. Istanbul is very rich city with history with out doubt. It is a city in the world in two continent.

After Istanbul we highly suggest to visit for Cappadocia. It is with amazing landscape of cave and rocks. People used to live in a cave houses for a long time in this area and Cappadocia is in Anatolia region. It is a very important place for Christian people because first Christian Monastery is in Cappadocia and it is full of cave places. In Cappadocia more than 4000 churches and you can visit at least couple of hundred of them. These churches are between 5 to 11 centuries.

Ephesus is another important place and it is most known Greco-Roman ancient ruins in Turkey. Ephesus is in Aegean region of Turkey. Most people doesn’t know but Turkey is richest country in the world for Greco-Roman ancient ruins.

Pamukkale is famous with Hiearapolis ancient city and antique pool. Mostly people are come and visit this place because of amazing white travertines. That’s why Turkish people called this place Cotton-castle.
