7 days Turkey Tour -Istanbul,Cappadocia, Ephesus, Pamukkale
Day 1: Istanbul
7 days Turkey Tour– On your arrival at the IST or Sabiha Gokcen airport in Istanbul, our representative will welcome you at the exit gate inside of the international terminal and hold a sign M 55 at the first exit of the gate. Then you will be transferred to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the time in the city.
Day 2: Free Day In Istanbul (*B)
After breakfast enjoy Istanbul's old city on your own, your hotel will be within walking distance from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, or other places. If you wish to have a guide for Istanbul's old city, book an old city tour with us. End of the day back to your hotel and overnight stay in Istanbul.
Day 3: North Cappadocia Tour( *L)
You will be picked up from your hotel in Istanbul around 5 am and transferred to the airport to take a flight to Cappadocia, on your arrival you will be dropped at your agency office to join your group and we start the day with a splendid view over the region from Goreme Panorama then you will be amazed by the biggest monastery complex Open Air Museum which has many beautiful churches with fantastic wall paintings. The tour continues to pottery town Avanos divided by the Red River, the longest river in Turkey and the hometown of traditional carpet weaving. After having your lunch you will visit Fairy Chimney Valley and Imagination Valley where you will enjoy the lunar landscape. End of the tour transfer to your hotel in Cappadocia.
Day 4: South Cappadocia Tour(*B *L)
An optional balloon tour is available for this morning.
Your guide will take you from your hotel around 10:00-10:15 am then you will join your tour. Your visit starts with Uchisar Castle, the biggest fairy chimney used as a fortress by many civilizations. Then be ready to hike about 4km in beautiful Red Valley passing through Rose Valley discovering beautiful rock churches, and arriving at Cavusin village, one of the ancient settlements of the region with its cave houses. For lunch, you are going to a traditional Turkish Restaurant. In the afternoon you will be amazed Underground City widest of the regions served for many centuries as a refuge for the local people and saved early Christians from Roman persecution. Then you will visit Pigeon Valley with its lovely pigeons still living in pigeons' houses which has a wonderful view over Uchisar castle. Finally, you will drive to Three Beauties Valley with its beautiful view over Urgup town famous for its wine factories. End of the day we will transfer you to the airport and take a flight to Izmir (Direct flight or via Istanbul. After arriving in Izmir transfer to a hotel and overnight stay in Kusadasi.
Day 5: Ephesus Tour(*B *L)
Your guide will pick you up from the hotel around 09:00-09:30 am for your Ephesus tours. You will start your visit with one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world; Artemis Temple, the city ruins of Ephesus as Hadrian Temple, Celsius library, theater, hammams, and passing through the old harbor path. Then you will feel the holy atmosphere of the exceptional Isabey Mosque. In the afternoon you will visit the House of the Virgin Mary where she spent her last 5 years, which is recognized by the Vatican as a pilgrimage destination for Christians, visited by Pope Leo XII and Benedict XVI. End of the tour transfer to a hotel and overnight stay in Kusadasi.
Day 6: Pamukkale and Hierapolis Tour and fly back to Istanbul (*B *L)
Around 08:00-08:30 am we will pick you up from your hotel and join your group for a full-day tour of Pamukkale meaning “cotton castle” in Turkish, is a natural site that contains hot springs and travertine, terraces of carbonate minerals left by the flowing water with its temperate climate for most of the year. We will also visit the ancient city Hierapolis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hot springs there have been used as a spa since the 2nd century BC, and people came to soothe their ailments, with many of them retiring or dying here. The large Necropolis is filled with sarcophagi, including the Sarcophagus of Marcus Aurelius. You will have also the chance to swim in Cleopatra Swimming Pool. You will have your lunch during the excursion.
End of the day you will be transferred to Denizli airport and take a flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival in Istanbul transfer to hotel and overnight stay.
Day 7: Istanbul, departure(*B)
