Gallipoli peninsula is located in the Dardanelles Strait and is also known as the place where the Australian and New Zealand Akkied Forces (ANZAC) landed and fought alongside the Turkish forces during World War I. Troy is the famous place as the stage of the legendary Trojan War in Homer’s epic poems the “Iliad” and the “Odyssey as well as its archaeological site with its 4000 years of history.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul from Your Country
On your arrival at Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gokcen Airport in Istanbul, our representative who holds a sign M55 welcome you at the first exit gate inside of the international terminal. Then you are transferred to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the time in the city.

Day 2: Free day in Istanbul (*B)
After breakfast enjoy Istanbul's old city on your own. your hotel is located within walking distance of Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and other popular tourist attractions. If you wish to have a guide for Istanbul's old city, you can reserve the Daily Istanbul old city tour or Private Istanbul City Tour as your option. Overnight in Istanbul. 

Day 3: Gallipoli Tour (*L)
Your guide pick you up from your hotel at 06:30-07:00 am, and we depart for Gallipoli by driving. On our way, a small breakfast packet is served for you in the car. After driving for 5 hours you arrive at Gallipoli and start your visits to different memorials of Dardanelles; Brighton Beach, .Beach Cemetery, ANZAC Cove, Ariburnu Cemetery, ANZAC Commemorative Site, Respect to Mehmetcik Statue, Lone Pine Australian Memorial, Johnstons Jolly (Turkish and Allied trenches and tunnels), and Turkish 57. Infantry Regiment Cemetery, The Nek, Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial.
You are going to have your lunch at a traditional Turkish restaurant.
End of the tour, you take a ferry to Canakkale and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Troy (*B *L)
On this day you have a free morning to enjoy this beautiful town on your own. At 12:00pm you have your lunch and then around 13:30-13:45 pm, you start the tour of Troy. Troy is a very important archaeological site for Turkey to classify different periods of antiquity with ten layers of habitation from the Neolithic era to Roman time. Troy is also known by its various names as the City of Helen and Paris, the city of Wonders, and the City of Independence with a gorgeous richness of history. You may be surprised by the genially made Trojan Horse at the entrance. You discover over 10 ancient cities built one on another dating back to 3500 BC, passing through Apollo Temple, fortified city walls, the battlefield where Hector and Achilles fought for power, Roman Theater, and Greco-Roman Senate building roundly shaped that hosted deputies of democracy.
After the tour, we drive you back to Istanbul. On arrival before midnight, you are transferred to your hotel.

Day 5: Departure from Istanbul to Your Country (B*)
According to your flight time, we transfer you to Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gokcen Airport. Please check in for your flight by yourself. End of our service.
