It is the passengers’ responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure, including a passport that is valid for at least three months after the return travel date. (may vary by country, check for your own country)

We cannot accept liability if you are refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry any necessary documentation.

If your entry to Turkey after passport control is not accepted or delayed for any reason, Travel Turkey has no responsibility. In such a case, your refund request will be evaluated and the cost of the services that may be cancelled on your tour will be refunded to you.

Travellers suffering from any known or suspected medical condition that can have an effect on travel, or women more than 30 weeks pregnant, must notify Travel Turkey at least 30 days before departure. In these cases, they must also produce a medical certificate confirming their fitness to travel. Travel Turkey reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if relevant certificates are not produced. In this regard, Travel Turkey will not be liable for any failure, negligence, or deceit on behalf of the traveller. Travel Turkey will not be liable for any operator’s refusal to carry any person who has not notified Travel Turkey of their condition.

Travel Turkey offers a variety of tours, packages tickets and services (“products”) through its website (www.travelturkey.com). Travel Turkey’s Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations; therefore, it is of the utmost importance that you read them carefully. They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by Travel Turkey. The purchase of any travel services offered by travelturkey.com constitutes a contractual arrangement between the person making the booking and Travel Turkey and represents acceptance of Travel Turkey’s Terms and Conditions described here.

Please note that travelturkey.com packages do not include luggage porterage and airport assistance services. These services can be available on certain routes with an extra fee. If you would like to purchase luggage porterage and/or airport assistant services, please contact us after your booking.

We always advise that you should pack light. A good rule of thumb is to bring no more than what you can comfortably carry between the bus and your hotel room.

If you are booking for persons other than yourself, you warrant that you have the authority to do so. The booking Terms and Conditions will also apply to all the other members of the party and you are responsible to ensure that all payments are made on behalf of all members of the party. As an individual booker, you need to be at least 18 years of age to be able to make a booking.
