Cappadocia Balloon tour starts according to the time of sunrise, usually between 4:00-6:00 am. You are picked up from your hotel and transferred to the take-off spot.
From where do balloons take off??
They usually take off from Goreme, which is the center of Cappadocia. However, to show you the most attractive site and valleys of Cappadocia during the flight, we change the take-off place every day depending on the wind speed and direction.
Where do balloons fly??
They fly almost everywhere in Cappadocia. Our experienced pilot steers the balloon to take you over the beautiful valleys and fairy chimneys. Pigeon Valley, Love Valley, Rose Valley, Pasabag Valley, Goreme village, Urgup town, uchisar, etc … where the balloon flies depends on the day and the wind! The flight is different every day so every flight is a new and memorable experience for you.

How long does the balloon tour take?
It takes about 3 hours, including pick-up from your hotel, pre-flight light breakfast, briefing about safety measurement, balloon flight, post-flight celebration, and drop-off to your hotel.

What is the post-flight celebration?
After the landing, you are going to share your wonderful experience and unbridled excitement with your family, friends, passengers in the same basket, and our crews with a champagne cocktail!! (non-alcoholic / fruit juice is also available) You can chat or ask any questions with your pilots, and take a picture with him and the basket. Also, we will give you a flight certificate that you can keep forever as a precious memory.
Is the balloon flight safe?
Yes, it is safe. All pilots in Cappadocia must have a license and are required many years of flying experience to board the passengers. They and balloons have to pass regular flight checks as well. To ensure flight safety, we will have a briefing before the fight. Please listen carefully and always follow the pilot’s instructions during the flight.
What if your flight is canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions?
In this case, the full amount of the balloon tour will be refunded. You can also check the availability on the next day to postpone your flight.
