How to book the tour?
HOW TO BOOK A TOUR?
If you wish to book our tour...
- After selecting the tour and filling in details (date & number of guests), please add to the cart and proceed with the payment of the deposit.
- Within a few hours, our team will contact you with an application form and a proforma invoice of the final cost via e-mail.
- Please reply to this e-mail with your application form (or, a copy of your passport for all passengers).
- We will send you a booking confirmation with details of your tour.
HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT?
At the time of making a reservation, please pay 25% of the total amount as a deposit to secure your booking. The rest of the amount; 75% would be paid as cash or credit card upon arrival to Turkey.
If you are not able to use a credit card for deposit payment, you can make a bank transfer, please contact us.
Is there any possibility that you cannot arrange the tour after I pay the deposit?
Yes, it is possible to happen, unfortunately.
In this case, we will get contact with you as soon as possible by e-mail. You will be offered an available different itinerary with the same destinations and tour details within your travel period, or your deposit will be refunded accordingly.
This unexpected condition might occur due to a fully booked airplane, a change of the flight schedule, or cancellation of the flight on a specific date, especially during the Turkish holidays and summer season.
To prevent such an unexpected situation, we recommend you make a reservation with plenty of time before your arrival date in Turkey. Or, please check the availability with us before booking.
Can I book an international flights with your agency?
We do not organize international flights.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Cancelation conditions:
Reservations can only be canceled by written notification sent by email or certified mail to the Travel Turkey trip. If written notification is received before the arrival date/travel start date, Travel Turkey will accept such cancellation under the following conditions:
For any reason of cancellation of 25% without refund of the total amount. (There is no refund % 25)
- Arrival 7 days before, 25% no refund of the total amount (There is no refund % 25)
– Less than 10 days or if no show, no refund and % 100 payment for the tour is provided.
Can I book a hot air balloon trip with your agency?
Of course, we can add a Hot Air Balloon trip in Cappadocia to your reservations. Please contact us.
